We are dedicated to doing our part in keeping with a strong environmental conscience. Compare for example the following: A Dectron Dry-O-Tron (nominal 5 ton system) dehumidifier with an outdoor condenser has a factory stated minimum refrigerant charge of 42 1/2 pounds of refrigerant. A DRY-AIR SS144 R410A (nominal 12 ton system) dehumidifier with an outdoor condenser has a factory stated refrigerant charge of 13 pounds of refrigerant. That's double the size and 29 1/2 pounds less refrigerant.
