In 1964, Epting Distributors Inc. was started as a small, family owned distributorship serving HVAC contractors in   South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina.

Today, three generations of family ownership have grown Epting Distributors to 11 different branches serving countless dealers and mechanical contractors in South Carolina, North Carolina and eastern Georgia.

In addition to the Tempstar residential product line, Epting Distributors markets and sells commercial equipment. They offer many lines of specialty equipment including Dry-Air pool dehumidifiers, and the Veri-Dry line of dehumidification accessories.

We have installed, through one of our mechanical contractor clients, Stewarts Heating and Air, Dry-Air pool dehumidifiers in Fairfield Inns, Spring Hill Suites by Marriot, and Holiday Inn Express hotels in the highly variable climate of Eastern North Carolina. We have also installed the Dry-Air dehumidification system for use in a therapy pool system in Walton Woods, a CMC retirement complex in Raleigh.

This same contractor has successfully installed Veri-Dry accessories on Carrier commercial equipment for ATEX Manufacturing, a specialty textile manufacturer in Southern Pines, North Carolina.  With the success of these installations, we are actively planning to continue our use of the Dry-Air and Veri-Dry systems in the near future.
