Many "Consulting firms" charge $5,000+ for the information EPS provides as part of our "COURTESY SERVICES" when you use DRY-AIR for your project. This includes, but not limited to:
Design Guidelines and Preventive Measures for all commercial and residential projects.
EPS does not assume responsibility or liability of any nature with respect to consulting services, or make any warranty with respect to the services provided by outside consultants, engineers or architects. By receiving design assistance from EPS, you waive all claims against EPS and release EPS from any liability for any errors, omissions, or negligence arising out of or connected with the services of the architect or engineer. EPS will not be deemed a principal, agent, partner, and joint venture with respect to any project. In no event shall EPS be liable to any part or fees and costs to be reimbursed for design or consulting services. EPS Design Assistance is simply a courtesy service provided by EPS in no way extends or overrides the product warranty provided with our equipment, or another supplier's product used in conjunction with the dehumidification system.
Many companies today manufacture and sell dehumidification equipment through a network of "factory direct" dealers and distributors. Not only does this mean you are spending more for equipment, but many of these companies lack the knowledge and experience in the various disciplines involved in the design stages of the structure and engineering the total application. They simply "push" equipment without the benefit of experience in the industry. Our almost 20 years experience in this industry has shown that once the equipment is sold; there is no accountability or responsibility for the final project.

Each DRY-AIR Stainless Steel Dual Evaporator System is custom built and engineered to meet the specifications of each job. Customer education, knowledge and exceptional customer service are the most important aspects of your project. Our mission is to ensure that each project is given the same expertise and priority as if it were our own, whether it is on the east coast or the west coast.
COSTS OF PREVENTING PROBLEMS IN THE DESIGN STAGES ARE MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE THAN COSTS TO FIX THE PROBLEMS DOWNSTREAM. Our consulting-engineering division is not designed to compete with companies like yours but only to "ride co-pilot" to help avoid the many problems that plague our industry. This division provides assistance in building design and preventive measures for natatoriums, as well as engineering guidelines for the air delivery system, mechanical requirements, electrical requirements and the completed equipment application.
We will work closely with each client to ensure all requirements are met at each stage of your project. On retrofit applications, we will provide all recommendations to ensure we meet the necessary building and ASHRAE/ACCA requirements before changing out existing systems or replacing waste ventilation systems.
We're with you in every step of the process – from the right vapor barrier to the final installation and start-up of the system.
EPS offers the following guaranty: If the system is installed to our specifications, design criteria/guidelines, operating design parameters are met, we guaranty the system 100% to perform to specification or we will refund the client his cost of the DRY-AIR Equipment.
